Bob Jetton has been a real estate professional for more than 30 years.
Bob began a career in the music business that took him to New York, but after several years of working on the East Coast, he left the corporate world to start a career in real estate. In 1991 he founded Peninsula Real Estate, a boutique brokerage focused on upper-tier properties, and spent the next 20 years building the business and selling homes along the lakes of northern Michigan.
It was only when his son accepted a scholarship at Pepperdine that Bob began to think that California winters might be better than six months of snow. So he made a few reconnaissance trips to consider the idea of moving and just happened upon the Mendocino Coast. The beauty of Mendocino coupled with the kindness of the people made his decision to move easy. He obtained his California broker license, affiliated with Mendo Realty, and continues on today at Mendo Sotheby’s International Realty doing what he loves: caring for his clients and protecting their privacy.
Bob lives in the Village of Mendocino and is actively involved with various community non-profits.
